Jeff Campol, Principal
Jeff has more than 30 years of professional experience in recreational facility development and executive management. He spearheaded one of the first public-private partnerships in Florida with the City of Coral Springs in Broward County. As the President of Can Am Investment Group, he was responsible for the design, construction, & executive management of Florida’s first twin ice skating facility, Incredible Ice (now known as the Panthers Ice Den). As a Vice President with the National Hockey League’s Florida Panthers from 1995 - 2016 Jeff spearheaded the growth of the Ice Den into one of the United States’ premiere ice sports destinations.
Since 2016 Jeff has consulted on a number of recreational facility projects across the United States in various capacity.
Jennifer Simmons, Senior Consultant
Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in retail operations, professional sports and facility management. She began her career in South Florida in licensed retail with the National Hockey League’s Florida Panthers and Major League Baseball’s Florida Marlins before bringing her talents to MLB Advanced Media in New York City. These experiences gave her first hand knowledge of the inner workings of stadiums and arenas around the country. Her unique experience in both community multi-sport recreational facilities and professional sports arenas and stadiums brings a multifaceted perspective to CCG.
